Look, I love spaghetti squash as a healthy noodle alternative, but it's a lot of work. All you need to add is a little bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper — but then you have to scoop all the seeds out and then scrape out the "spaghetti" when it's done baking. And that's only if I can even successfully cut the squash in half first. But thankfully, all that hard labor has become unnecessary, thanks to Costco.
Instagram user addictedtoketo spotted A La Carte Organic Spaghetti Squash in bulk at her local store in Oahu, HI, and shared her awesome find as a "keto essential." Not only is all the work pretty much done for you, but a box of six is only $5! By the looks of the photo, it seems like all you need to do is pop one in the oven to bake. We don't know about you, but consider dinner served for the next month. Check a Costco near you to see if these packs are available, and don't forget to snag an acai bowl at the food court while you're there!
