Victoria's Secret models Josephine Skriver and Jasmine Tookes — aka JoJa — are constantly sharing their daily workouts and motivating us to hit the gym a little bit harder through their sweat-inducing joint Instagram account. While they're often sharing tips like how to switch up traditional lunges, or how to do an awesome inner-thigh workout at home, we're finally getting the inside scoop on what goes on after the workouts to maintain those runway-ready bodies.
After constantly receiving questions about what they eat, Josephine decided to share her go-to post-workout meal with the fans: chicken and broccoli. That's it.
The simple meal, seen in the photo above, is complete with a full plate of fresh broccoli and two pieces of grilled chicken. After sweating it out during an upper-body workout day, Josephine refueled with vegetables and meat, helping her muscles recover effectively.
