This is your last rest day in our January workout plan! Keep on working it and finish the month strong. Of course, you shouldn't turn into a couch potato just because today is about chilling. Take a short walk and then do some stretching. Here's quad stretch that will lengthen the front of your thigh, and, best of all, you don't need to be standing to do it.
- Lie down on one side and prop your head up with your hand. Pull your foot toward your butt; bend your bottom knee if you're having trouble staying steady.
- Hold for 30 seconds, then switch sides.
