Spicy Cauliflower Bites
These Spicy Cauliflower Bites Are the Perfect Game-Day Snack
If you're familiar with the Tone It Up meal plan, you know how Karena Dawn and Katrina Scott like to keep their food "lean, clean, and green." In this case, with "Karena's famous wings," you'll be eating lean, clean, and off-white, thanks to some tasty, nutritious cauliflower.
These spicy bites are an awesome appetizer — Karena calls them "a great alternative to traditional wings." They're perfect for a party snack, and the flavor has been described to us as "OMG yum."
With nutritional yeast creating a cheesy texture (that's totally vegan) and the hot sauce giving a solid kick of flavor, you'll be creating a crave-worthy snack that'll leave your body feeling good.
