Sure I lost weight but I still didn’t feel as though I was being the best representation of healthful living. So I pledged during this transformation challenge that I would still workout 5-6 days a week but I was going to change my diet and my mindset hence changing my future healthful self. The picture on the left I had already lost about 20lbs since starting OTF and now the picture on the right I have lost 15lbs. and gained a ton of muscle. In total 35 glorious lbs are no longer on this body 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾. I still have a way to go to get to that #fitnessperson #notfat I want to become, but man does it feel good to know I can look back and see a huge difference just in 8 weeks!!!!! Here’s to Orange Theory for changing my life for the better and for preparing me for this Dri Tri in two weeks 😳😂 wish me luck!!!!
