"Despite my aversion to morning workouts, I've been trying to make a habit of them during the weekend. Let me tell you: it's been rough. One thing that's been making it easier is Secret Squirrel Cold-Brew Coffee (prices vary). Since I basically wake up one hour before class starts, I have very little time to prep in the morning.
