Towel Stretch (or a band) each leg pulse for 30 seconds. 2.Sumo Stretch pulse up and down 20 times then shift each shoulder toward the middle in turn, pushing knees away for a back stretch. 3. Wall stretch, opening legs and holding it for one to two minutes while pulsing feet toward the wall. — After finishing these 3 stretches, check your Splits.
