It is crazy to see once I put these pictures together what you can achieve in just one year. • Everyone can obviously see the physical changes but for me it was never about that or losing weight. I wanted to FEEL healthier, fitter and happier in myself. I don’t even recognise the girl on the left anymore, to think in such a short year I have learnt so much about health, fitness, eating, mindset & habits.. the list is endless! • How did I achieve this change? Majority of the weight I lost (10.5kgs) was my first @f45_training 8 week challenge which was the most amazing starting point and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to make a change. Their support in not only training but also nutrition is amazing 🙌🏼 But this was only just the start, the next task was to continue a healthy lifestyle and not turn back to old habits which some people struggle with. For me it wasn’t too hard, as soon as that 8 weeks was over I never wanted to turn back to old behaviours because I honestly felt like a new person who was sooo much happier, healthier and confident. • I now do @crossfit and people always ask why I changed... if I had it my way I would be doing both. But my training goals changed and Crossfit is where I want to be right now. Each to their own preferences at different points of their life👌🏼 • It has taken a lot of discipline, consistency, sacrifices and hard work to stay on track but honestly I would not change the past year for the world 💫 • A year sounds like a long time for some people but to be honest it feels like I am only just getting started 💁🏽♀️👊🏼 As one of my favourite quotes by Eric Thomas says; “fall in love with the process, and the results will come” • Ps.
