I am of course so proud of the physical changes I have made, but the biggest ones have been mental. Before I started #Crossfit I had such a bad outlook on my physical appearance. I was never happy unless I was stick skinny. Which meant I needed to weigh 105 pounds or I felt “fat.” After each pregnancy I would go into crazy weight loss mode and only allow myself 800 calories per day, but then made sure I was getting atleast 3 miles in on the treadmill 🤦♀️ so unhealthy, so unhappy!! Crossfit has really changed my life! I now weigh 120, a weight that would’ve caused me to be so depressed before. I am happy, healthy, I look better than I ever did when I was just skin and bones, and am stronger than I ever thought possible. I have a good relationship with food now, I eat to fuel my body so I can continue to get stronger and reach my goals.
