Measure out 1 tbsp #pesto into an ice cube tray, freeze, and store for easy added flavor to any dish 🙌🏽 Eventually I want to make my own pesto but #aintgottimeforthat so for now I’ve been buying the store bought stuff 😋 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Favorite breakfast (or lunch or dinner): #veggiebreakfastbowl 🥦 • ⅓ cup cooked farro (or other whole grain or salad greens) • 1 tbsp pesto • sautéed veggies (anything you’ve got) • sautéed greens (spinach, kale, or chard) • egg over easy • avocado • green onion 🍳 Prep: 1) heat up farro & pesto, put in bowl 2)sauté veggies and greens, add to farro bowl 3) cook egg over easy, add to bowl 4) top with 🥑 green onion 🥓 Other delicious ingredients to try: • goat cheese crumble • bacon • parmesan cheese shaved ☀️ Let me know if you try this one, it’s my favorite go to #breakfast (and often #lunch). You can make this the night before and heat it up, just be carful not to over cook the egg when you nuke it. 🔪 I chop all my veggies ahead of time (or buy pre-chopped veggies) and keep cooked farro in the fridge so that all I have to do is throw ingredients together.
