I Bought This 4.5-Star Sound Machine, and Now I Sleep Like a Teenager on Summer Break

Of the 20 sounds built into the machine, I use a fan sound, rather than harsher-sounding white noise. I run it at a relatively loud volume to help block out any deep breaths from my partner and fill the room with some background noise to help me zone out. It even comes with a sleep-timer option, which I personally never use. I just prefer to turn on the machine when climbing into bed and off once I wake up, but it's nice to have the option.
