Popsugar Fitness Healthy Eating Tips PigOut Vegan Bacon Chips These Vegan, Gluten-Free "Bacon" Chips Will Be the Talk of Your Group Chat Soon March 15, 2019 by Samantha Brodsky View On One Page Photo 8 of 9 ADVERTISEMENT () Start Slideshow View this post on Instagram You’re gonna love pigging out on this #PigOut Pesto BLT recipe by #Outstanding co-founder, Chef Dave! 👨🏼🍳🥓🚫🐷🍅🥬🥪 - INGREDIENTS: 2 slices sandwich bread, toasted 3/4 cup Pig Out Original Pigless Bacon Chips 1/4 avocado, sliced 2 slices vine-ripened tomato 2 leaves lettuce 2 tablespoons Pesto Aioli (recipe below) Pesto Aioli: 3/4 cup (packed) fresh basil leaves (1.5 ounces) 1/4 teaspoon sea salt pinch black pepper 1/4 teaspoon mellow white miso 1/2 tablespoon nutritional yeast 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic 3 tablespoons olive oil 10 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise PREPARATION: 1) Place the basil, salt, pepper, miso, nutritional yeast, pine nuts and garlic in a food processor and process until finely minced. 2) With the food processor running, drizzle in the olive oil. 3) Add the vegan mayonnaise to the food processor and process until all of the ingredients are well mixed. 4) Season to taste with salt and black pepper, and chill until ready to use. 5) Spread 1 tablespoon of Pesto Aioli on each slice of toasted bread. 6) Top with the slices of tomato, lettuce, sliced avocado, and Pig Out Original Pigless Bacon Chips. 7) Top with remaining slice of bread and ENJOY!!! 🤤 A post shared by Outstanding Foods (@outstandingfoods) on Dec 20, 2018 at 12:00pm PST Share This Link Copy ← Use Arrow Keys → 8 PigOut Pesto "BLT" Previous Next Start Slideshow Healthy Eating TipsHealthy LivingHealthy SnacksDairy-FreeGluten-Free
