Joi will lead you through moves like single-leg hops, 180 turns, and diagonal shuffles, helping you build core strength and improve posture while also honing your mental focus. After all, the mind-body connection is one of the most important aspects of agility training! This cross-training workout is all bodyweight, so you can press play no matter where you are or what equipment you have. For a longer session, you can tack on another 15 minutes with Joi's other runner's workout.
