My protein pancake of choice for the past few months: 2 egg whites, 1/2 mashed banana, 1 T quick oats, 1 T ground flaxseed, 1 scoop protein powder, 1/4 tsp baking powder, cinnamon. Soooo good! I like to spread little bit of yogurt on top too :)
