Truth Hurts, and Sometimes, So Does the Gym: Follow These Lizzo Workout Videos

Baby, how you feelin'? Good as hell, we hope. If not, we're here to tell you that a little exercise and a whole lot of self-love can help with that. Our solution? Workout videos set to Lizzo's music. Some of the routines ahead focus on your booty or abs, but the majority are dance cardio sessions — because how could you not shake it out to her songs? Since all of the videos are also quick hits (the longest is just under six minutes), you can repeat the videos to get more of a workout in. All you need to do is find an open space, show up, and press play. You'll be singing along with your blood pumping and spirit lifted in no time.

I did it as a burnout at the end of my workout, but you could replay the video a few times and even add weights if you wanted to challenge yourself more.
