Although we know it's impossible to completely change your body in just seven days, it is possible to change your outlook. This week-long plan is designed to help you feel stronger, happier, more energetic, and more confident — all good things when it comes to enjoying yourself this Summer. Hopefully it'll keep you on the taking-care-of-yourself path you've already been on, or get you back on the healthy train if you fell off track during the Winter months. Get psyched, because by the end of this week, you'll be awesome.

Day 1: 20-Minute Cardio Workout

Grab a pair of five-pound dumbbells and burn 200 calories in 20 minutes.
