This Workout Is Halle Berry's Secret to Getting Lean Muscle
Halle Berry is always switching up her training techniques to stay in shape, and teaching us new tricks along the way through her "Fitness Friday" series on Instagram. She's been focusing on martial arts to prepare for her upcoming role in John Wick: Chapter 3, but this week, she brought the heat with an intense resistance band workout.
"I really like working with these very inexpensive bands because they require the use of my own body weight," Halle wrote in her Instagram caption. "I want to build strength while staying long and lean . . . These bands are so easy to carry that they allow me to exercise wherever I go."

Archer
First, she worked her arms, back, and core with the archer. Be sure to do this exercise on both arms.
Push-Up Lady Liberty
Halle and her trainer, Peter Lee Thomas, continued working their arms and abs with this intense push-up variation.
Squat Curls
Next, they targeted their legs, glutes, and arms by doing a classic squat with a bicep curl.
Row Boat
Halle then balanced in a V-sit as she worked her abdominal and back muscles.
Band Sprint
To get her heart rate up while working her entire body, Halle moved on to resistance band sprints.
