Lunge Rows to Passe With Resistance Band
- Brooke says to start with your legs hip-distance apart holding a medium resistance band (tied around a pole) in line with your chest. Make sure your palms are facing in toward the body.
- Step back into a nice deep lunge, your knees bending at a 90-degree angle.
- Simultaneously pull the arms in toward your ribcage to row as you transfer your weight forward and bringing your back leg to passe.
- Repeat the same amount of reps on both sides.
