Good mix of moves. Definitely felt my inner thighs. You do have to pause the video after each move as the instructor only does a brief demo of each exercise and if you're not looking at the screen you may miss the pop-up box with how many reps to do. Or I guess you could write it down, but I like to follow along. You could do these moves 2 or 3 times through.
