Cersei will obviously be queen for now — she wins it under the most dire of circumstances in the finale, when her youngest son, King Tommen, leaps to his death. Though this isn't the outcome she was gunning for, a ruthless Cersei is probably going to enjoy being the actual queen — until someone ousts her from that seat.

2 Petyr Baelish

Littlefinger has no real claim to the throne, but he really, really wants it. He has wormed his way up for a long time, and there's no reason to believe he'll stop trying to go for the biggest job in Westeros, especially since he explicitly tells Sansa that's what he wants.

The newly crowned king of the Iron Islands wastes no time getting his first crown, and he's stated his intention to keep going all the way to the top. He thinks he can woo Daenerys as part of his plan, but his nephew and niece have already warned her of him. He will be a major threat in season seven.

Daenerys has been working on her journey to the crown since season one, and we finally see her approach Westeros at the very end of season six. She's been biding her time, and now that she has all her pieces in place, she's about to strike in season seven.

5 Jon Snow

Could it be? Jon Snow as king? Normally, a bastard couldn't get this close to the Iron Throne, but he's declared the "King in the North" by the North bannermen, who are like, "Hey, we don't care that you're a bastard." He's survived death, won his family home back, and earned a king title. Anything could happen.

Oh, and there's that whole matter of him being a Targaryen, so that might make a difference, too.
