great quick exercise. I always feel it in the biceps but never triceps. Would love a specialized workout for that area only .

I would do this 2-3 times through. Great arm moves to really burn the biceps and forearms. I used 10 lbs weights for most of the moves and dropped to 8's for the 'wrap' move and the last 'runner' move.
