Jeanette Jenkins has officially been given the title master trainer for Zumba's new boot-camp-style Strong by Zumba program, and it totally makes sense. The spunky, fun, and kickass trainer is known for her empowering, crazy-challenging workouts. The official press release describes this new style of exercise as "music-led, high-intensity program that pairs together bodyweight and plyometric exercises," and it sounds right up our alley.
