If you are short on time and want to feel like you've done 30 minutes of training in five minutes, you're going to want to try this new dance workout by The Fitness Marshall. It's set to Dua Lipa's "Physical," which means you're going to be moving nonstop for the entire song. We haven't tried this routine just yet, but from the look of it, you're definitely going to feel like you went for a 30-minute run once you're done.
"For this dance workout, I wanted to take people on an extraterrestrial journey through space. We land on a strange planet and explore the mysterious terrain," TFM told POPSUGAR. "By the end of the dance, an epic meteor shower begins and we escape back to our spaceships in just enough time! Who said working out had to be boring?"
