11 Scary-Good Halloween Workouts to Get You Sweating All Spooky Season Long
While it's true that we love a good HIIT workout or strength session all year long, there's something about October that makes us want Halloween-themed everything, and that includes our fitness routines. Sometimes that means blasting our favorite Halloween cardio playlist, other times we'll swap our dumbbells for a precarved pumpkin. (Leave the pumpkin guts in if you want a heavier weight!) But if you've never tried a Halloween-themed workout video — complete with the music, the moves, and yes, the costumes — now is the perfect time to try. We've rounded up our current faves ahead, so throw on some spooky workout gear, set aside the candy for now (post-workout snack, anyone?), and get ready to sweat!
