11 Scary-Good Halloween Workouts to Get You Sweating All Spooky Season Long

While it's true that we love a good HIIT workout or strength session all year long, there's something about October that makes us want Halloween-themed everything, and that includes our fitness routines. Sometimes that means blasting our favorite Halloween cardio playlist, other times we'll swap our dumbbells for a precarved pumpkin. (Leave the pumpkin guts in if you want a heavier weight!)
