Bend the front leg and back leg while keeping your body in the most upright position. Tap the back knee to the floor, or let it hover one inch above the ground, keeping the majority of your weight in the heel of the front foot. Step back to the starting position, and repeat on the other side. Continue alternating sides to complete 20 reps total.
