I have to admit I was reluctant. After the first class, neither of us could walk straight for 3 days! BUT we were both hooked. --- 8 months later (Oct 2015), I ran my first 10k and thought I was gonna die after mile 3. Then in Jan 2016, I made it a goal to run one race a month and 1000 miles. I ran 22 races, including 10 half marathons and 1150 miles. --- My goal for 2017 was one full marathon. 48 hours ago, I ran my second full marathon... and even though I felt like I got chewed up, I'm already looking at another full in November! 😬 --- To say thank you to @katherineliau for giving me #OTF classes and @clemencefarraj for dragging me to the first class... just doesn't seem enough. You both kickstarted my fitness journey and have encouraged me every step of the way. THANK YOU MY SISTERS.
