This Gymnast Just Made 1-Armed Hanging Leg Lifts Look Easy and We're Speechless

Sydney Brown is a former competitive gymnast and, well, she can do the impossible. She recently took to Instagram to flaunt her incredible upper body strength, and somehow she made one-armed hanging leg lifts look easy. While we're no stranger to a jaw-dropping fitness video, it's Brown's insane core strength and flexibility that really blew us away.

We're still trying to perfect our hanging ab curl — yes, with two hands — but this is all the motivation we needed to practice even harder. She currently works for Royal Caribbean as an acrobat and performer, and we can only imagine what other tricks she has up her sleeve!
