40-Minute Full-Body Workout Video

Build Strength and Blast Fat With This 40-Minute Workout

Today's workout in our 31 Days of Fitness is 40 minutes of strength training. Here's a 40-minute video for you to follow, complete with a cardio warmup and stretching cooldown. We have 10 minutes dedicated to your upper body and another 10-minute section to work your gams and glutes. We focus on the core, too, with standing ab work mixed with traditional mat work. Grab a set of dumbbells between five and 10 pounds, then press play, and get ready to work!

Be sure to enter our Get Fit 2014 Giveaway for a chance to win $1,000 worth of Champion Athleticwear and a three-night stay for you and a friend at the tranquil and inspirational Red Mountain Resort in Utah!
