DANGEROUS. What do you peeps do for a living invent ways you think will help the average "non-conditioned athlete" get in better shape? Treadmills are NOT designed to walk backwards on with your hands!! Get a grip that is a good way to loose a finger and Fat Bottomed Girls should not advert this link!! Also I'm not a big fan of jumping on a treadmill for a sprint! Gradually increase your speed while your running is SAFTEY not leaping on a treadmill going nearly 30 mph.
