- Begin standing with your feet hip width apart, hands by your side.
- Hinge forward from the hips and walk your hands down your legs until you reach the ground.
- Walk out into a plank position.
- Hold for a few seconds, then walk your hands back to your feet and return to a standing position.
- Complete 15 reps.
