Moreno also likes hanging straight-leg holds. While he demonstrates this using a machine, you can also hang from a bar and hold your legs in an L-sit.
- While using either a hanging leg raise machine or ab straps, brace your abs while bringing your legs up so they form a 90-degree angle with your hips. If you can't raise your legs to 90-degrees, lift them as high as you can without pain.
- Keep your legs out straight, squeezing your legs together.
- Moreno recommends holding this position for at least 10 seconds.
- To modify, you can do this hold with your knees bent.
