Glad I found this website. Do you go anywhere. I have the webpage as my internet start up! I really appreciate the videos, bc I jog 3 days out the week bc that's all the days I have for a long workout. Now, this site I can get I lil workout and the guilty factor is gone. THanKs!!!

Here are a bunch of leg and glute exercises that are not squats — there are some lunges in there, so if those are off limits just skip those.
