Harry Styles just makes everything better. I'm just going to say it. I fully thought that 2019 was going to be pretty low-key for him and for those of us who are fans, but oh how I was mistaken. The British "Lights Up" singer, who just wants to be himself, didn't rest on his laurels, despite not being out on a world tour this year. Instead, Harry found himself all over the world doing other things — including doing photo shoots and interviews, shooting music videos, and hosting a little party called the Met Gala. Oh, and did we mention he dropped his second album, Fine Line, in December? Yeah, no big deal. He's taking the whole show on a massive world tour next year, too. Until then, let's take a look back at some of the lovliest moments he had in 2019.
Stevie Nicks became the first woman to ever be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice — first as part of Fleetwood Mac and in April 2019 as a solo artist. As her friend and colleague, Harry Styles gave a moving speech about her career and even performed "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around" with her.
Harry Styles cohosted the 2019 Met Gala in May 2019 alongside Serena Williams, Lady Gaga, and Gucci Creative Director Alessandro Michele. He dressed the part for the Camp: Notes on Fashion theme with high-waisted black pants and a sheer, ruffled black shirt, all designed by Gucci.

After what felt like a very long wait, Harry Styles announced his second album, Fine Line, which was released on Dec. 13. The 12-track followup to his 2017 release, Harry Styles, shot straight up the charts, debuting at No. 1 on Billboard's Hot 200, and sold almost 500,000 copies in its first week alone.
To celebrate his album release, Harry Styles played the new album from beginning to end at a sold-out show at LA's Forum on Dec. 13. He wore the same outfit from the album cover and even treated fans to Christmas music and a little bit of falling snow.
