Unless it's BBQ season, most everyone I know ignores cabbage when they're walking through the produce aisle. Big mistake. Yes, it's not as easy to work with as say broccoli, but all that chopping pays off in huge ways. First of all, it's cheap; a huge head of cabbage at my grocer runs well under a dollar. And for that small price, I am left with a veggie that helps with weight loss, digestion, and debloating. More importantly, it's also a versatile veggie that can be prepared in a myraid of ways.
