Instead, Jeanette created this two-for-one cardio and lower-body strengthening circuit that will have you in and out of the gym in under 40 minutes.

In the words of Jeanette, "Yes you're going to feel it!" Get ready to blast your lower body with this eight-exercise workout.

The workout:

  1. Jumping jacks
  2. Plyo lunges
  3. High knees
  4. Plank jacks
  5. Drop squats
  6. Backward and lateral steps
  7. Dumbbell reverse lunge with kick
  8. Single-leg deadlift with row
