Love the workout! Only thing that I'd like to see with all these workouts is some way to calculate how much each of them burns on average! Or some sort of connection to MyFitnessPal?

I agree Anna is the best, I have Piyo love it but Anna keeps it so fresh and keeps us sweating. And she incorporates many of the same moves in Piyo. Love You Anna keep keeping us fit

Or could we replace a video with one of the printable I completed the metabolic one but it to me a little longer to get through it just love working out with you and hearing your voice saying come on baby!! :-)
