Golden Spiced Smarter Smoothie

This recipe features flavorful Fall ingredients like ground turmeric, butternut squash, and pumpkin pie spice. You're also encouraged to use canned pumpkin in place of squash for an extra pumpkin kick. Cauliflower rice adds some veggies to the mix, flaxseeds bring the fiber, and vanilla protein powder ensures there's enough protein to keep you satisfied. You'll need MCT oil, too, which is known as a "good" fat. If you don't have that, you can use a nut butter or coconut oil.
