No matter how much I try, I'm never able to do the full Frog. My ankle starts to feel so much tension and then, obviously I do not push further. But, these are really good yoga poses and they sure do work. It'd have been much better if you segregated them as beginner, intermediate and advanced yoga poses. Women might try them out, but, not many can get them right, so chances of injury become quite high. However, Iyengar Yoga modifications might be of great help here.
