Ingredients
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
1/2 frozen banana
2 cups spinach
1 cup unsweetened soy milk
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Sunwarrior)
1/8 cup golden raisins
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of ground nutmeg
Dash of ground cloves
3 ice cubes
Directions
- Throw everything into the blender, and mix until smooth.
