Hold a light dumbbell (or weight of your choice) in each hand at your sides. Lift your right arm up as if you were running, and lower it back down. Lift your left arm up, then lower it. Once you're familiar with the move, repeat this running motion at a quicker pace for 15 seconds while making sure to maintain good posture. Take a 15-second break, then go to the next exercise.
