Grab the bottom of your chair seat with both hands, sitting up straight. Pull upward on both sides to create resistance, and hold for five seconds. This counts as one rep. Repeat three times, resting for 10 seconds in between reps. Rest for 30 seconds before going into the strength-training circuit.
