Although we know it's impossible to completely change your body in just seven days, it is possible to change your outlook. This week-long plan is designed to help you feel stronger, happier, more energetic, and more confident — all good things when it comes to enjoying yourself this Summer. Hopefully it'll keep you on the taking-care-of-yourself path you've already been on, or get you back on the healthy train if you fell off track during the Winter months.
