Callum, Raddix, Win, and the Other Names Celebrities Have Given Their New Babies in 2020

In 2019, we saw the births of so many celebrity babies and truly loved all of their name choices — but 2020 is already rivaling its predecessor with some awesome celebrity baby names. As in previous years, 2020 is seeing a mix of unique baby names (some that might even be made up!) and those that are consistently some of the most popular baby names from year to year.

From Cameron Diaz's daughter to Ashley Graham's son, here are the names of the new celebrity babies of 2020 (so far!).

Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross's Son, Ziggy Blu Ross

Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross welcomed their third child, a son named Ziggy, on Oct. 29, 2020. She introduced her son on Instagram, writing: "ZIGGY BLU ROSS. Our sweet boy has arrived! I'm over the MOON we are so Blessed!"

Christina Milian and Matt Pokora's Son, Isaiah Pokora

Christina Milian's second child — first with boyfriend Matt Pokora — is a son named Isaiah, who was born on Jan. 20. Although the name Isaiah lost a bit of its popularity in 2018 — it was ranked the 51st most popular of the year for boys' names, which was the first time the name wasn't in the boys' top 50 in since 1999 — we think it's a great pick! Fun fact: Mia Farrow and Carrie Underwood also have sons named Isaiah!

Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden's Daughter, Raddix Chloe Wildflower Madden

Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden made headlines on Jan. 3 when they shared the surprise news that they welcomed a baby girl, who they named Raddix Chloe Wildflower. The name Raddix is extremely unique — and rad — and could possibly even be made up entirely. And while one of her middle names, Wildflower, isn't typically considered a name for a human, Chloe is actually a fairly popular name. In 2018, Chloe was the 25th most popular girls' name according to the Social Security Administration's data.

Keke Wyatt's Son, Ke'Riah Darring

Singer Keke Wyatt's 10th child, a son named Ke'Riah, was born on Jan. 6. The name is extremely unique, as it hasn't appeared in the SSA's top 1,000 names in any year since it began collecting baby naming data in 1900.

Josh Segarra's Son, Hank Rice Segarra

Arrow star Josh Segarra and his wife Brace welcomed a second son, named Hank Rice, on Jan. 6. The pair chose Rice, Brace's maiden name, as a middle name for their boy, and while Hank isn't completely uncommon, it's not as popular of a name as, say, Noah. Hank, which according to Nameberry means "estate ruler," was the 457th most popular name of 2018.

Dylan Dreyer and Brian Fichera's Son, Oliver George Fichera

The Today Show meteorologist Dylan Dreyer and husband Brian Fichera welcomed their second son, Oliver George, on Jan. 3. Brian and Dylan, who were already parents to 3-year-old Calvin Bradley, went a more traditional route with naming baby number two. Oliver has been a top name in the US for quite a few years now, sitting in fifth place for most popular name for boys in 2018. Although George is a bit lower on the list — it was the 127th most popular name for boys in 2018 — you can't argue against it being a classic.

Jackson Rathbone's Son, Felix Valleau Rathbone

Twilight's Jackson Rathbone shared the birth of his his third child, a son named Felix Valleau, on Jan. 2 (however, Felix is technically a 2019 baby by just a few hours, as he was born on New Year's Eve!). The name Felix has slowly grown in popularity over the last few years, creeping up to 231st most popular in 2018 from a rank of 244 in 2017 and 248 in 2016.

Ashley Graham and Justin Ervin's Son, Isaac Menelik Giovanni Ervin

Ashley Graham and Justin Ervin's first child, a son named Isaac, was born on Jan. 18, 2020. On the Feb. 4 episode of Ashley's podcast show, Pretty Big Deal, the new parents sat down to talk about how they chose Isaac's names, particularly the fact that Isaac — which was the 34th most popular name for boys in 2018 — has been a name Justin's liked since high school. "I brainstormed [a] name for my future son, and I knew it was going to be Isaac just from then to now," Justin said, noting that he and his sister used to talk about baby names when they were younger. So cute!

DJ Khaled and his wife Nicole Tuck welcomed their second baby boy, named Aalam, on Jan. 21.

Enrique Iglesias and Anna Kournikova's Daughter, Mary "Masha" Iglesias

Enrique Iglesias and Anna Kournikova welcomed their third child, a daughter, on Jan. 30. Both parents posted adorable photos of the newborn on Instagram with a caption calling her "My Sunshine," but when she was 5 weeks old, Enrique revealed that his daughter's name is Mary. She also has a sweet nickname: "Masha," which is Mary in Russian!

Beverly Mitchell and Michael Cameron's Daughter, Mayzel Josephine Cameron

Beverley Mitchell and her husband Michael Cameron welcomed their third child in July. In a birth announcement on Instagram, Beverley wrote: "Happy to share with the world our sweet little girl, Mayzel Josephine. @littlemissmayzie has captured our hearts and we couldn't love her more! . . . We are over the moon and soaking up so the cuddles and showering her with kisses!"

Maren Morris welcomed her first child with husband Ryan Hurd, a son named Hayes, on March 23. In a now-deleted announcement on Instagram, the singer wrote that Hayes is the "Love of our lives."

Ciara and Russell Wilson welcomed their second child together — Ciara's third — a son named Win Harrison, on July 23. The name Win is certainly a unique one, however, his middle name, Harrison — which is of English origin and means "son of Harry" — was the 115th most popular boys' name in 2018. Harrison is likely a nod to Ciara's maiden name, Harris, giving it even an even sweeter meaning for the new mom of three.

Although Blake Lively gave birth to her and Ryan Reynolds's third daughter back in September 2019, Betty's name wasn't released until July 24, when Taylor Swift dropped a surprise album with a song titled "Betty," which revealed the youngest Reynolds girl's name.

Elon Musk and his partner, Canadian pop singer Grimes, welcomed their newborn son on May 4 and shared his full unique name — which was originally X Æ A-12 — on Twitter.

Olympic gold medalist and former sprinter Usain Bolt welcomed a daughter with his girlfriend, Kasi Bennett, and her name is absolutely amazing: Olympia Lightning Bolt. Not only does the little one's first name seem to have a nod to the Olympics, but Olympia's middle name, Lightning, is totally awesome. It seems like a no-brainer when paired with the last name Bolt and if you're a girl whose dad runs as fast as lightning, no?

Anderson Cooper's first child, a son named Wyatt, was born on April 27. In his touching announcement video on CNN and in Wyatt's Instagram debut, Anderson shared the inspiration behind his son's name. "He is named after my father, who died when I was ten. I hope I can be as good a dad as he was. My son's middle name is Morgan. It's a family name on my mom's side. I know my mom and dad liked the name morgan because I recently found a list they made 52 years ago when they were trying to think of names for me."

Brie Bella welcomed her second child with husband Daniel Bryan, a son named Buddy Dessert on Aug. 1. Although Buddy is definitely a less popular name, it had its run in the Social Security Administration charts, where it was in the top 1,000 names between 1900 and 1988. It reached peak popularity as the 202nd most-popular name for boys born in 1935. As for his sweet — literally — middle name, Dessert, it's not one we've ever heard given, but we'd guess that it has a cute personal meaning behind it.

Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry welcomed their first child together — Orlando's second — a daughter named Daisy Dove, in August. Daisy, which has English origins and of course is the name of a gorgeous flower, also means "day's eye." And even though it's not the most commonly heard name, it remains fairly popular according to Social Security Administration data — in 2018, it was the 169th most popular name for girls, which is the highest it's been on the yearly list since 2011 when it sat in spot 167.

Nikki Bella's Son, Matteo Artemovic Chigvintsev

Along with fiancé Artem Chigvintsev, Nikki Bella welcomed her first child, a son named Matteo Artemovich, on July 31. The name Matteo, which is of Italian origin and means "gift of god," has become more popular in recent years. In 2018, it was the 196th most popular name for boys as Nikki spells it, though Mateo with one T was 37th most popular that same year. As for his middle name, Artemovich, it appears to be a nod to his dad's first and middle names — Artem Vladimirovich — joined together.

The Grey's Anatomy star welcomed her second child with husband Matt Alan, a son named Lucas, sometime in August. Lucas's first name was the only one that the couple was able to agree on and his middle name, Matthew, is a nod to his dad's first. He even has a nickname based on his Leo zodiac sign: Little Lion. So cute!

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger welcomed their first child together — Chris's second child! — on Aug. 10. The baby girl, named Lyla, shares her middle name with her grandma, Katherine's mother, Maria Shriver.

Billie Lourd and Austin Rydell's Son, Kingston Fisher Lourd Rydell

Billie Lourd shared on Sept. 24 that she and fiancé Austin Rydell welcomed their first child together, a son named Kingston. According to the Social Security Administration's data, the name Kingston has been on the rise in popularity since 2006, and as of 2019 it was the 117th most popular baby name for boys. Kingston's middle name, Fisher, is an emotional nod to his late grandmother, actress Carrie Fisher. In 2019 Fisher was the 782nd most popular name of the year for boys, but we could see it rising even more following Billie's sweet use of it.

Ed Sheeran and Cherry Seaborn's Daughter, Lyra Antarctica Seaborn Sheeran

Ed Sheeran and his wife, Cherry Seaborn, welcomed their first child, a daughter named Lyra, in August. The name Lyra, which has Greek origins, has just begun to increase in popularity in the US over the past few years. In 2015, the name snuck into the top 1,000 names of the year for girls, and in 2018, it sat in its highest ranked spot at 680th most popular of the year. However, Ed isn't one who's known to do things because they're cool or trendy — fans are speculating that Ed was inspired to use the name as a fan of Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials trilogy, in which the main character is a young girl named Lyra. In 2015, the singer said on Twitter that the three novels "are the best books I've ever read."

Hilaria and Alec Baldwin's Son, Eduardo Pau Lucas Baldwin

Hilaria and Alec Baldwin's fifth child together, a son named Eduardo Pau Lucas, was born on Sept. 8. "His name means 'wealthy guardian of peace and light,'" Hilaria shared of the name Eduardo, which is both the Spanish and Italian version of Edward. In 2019, Eduardo was the 315th most popular name for boys. His middle name, Pau, is a common name in the Northeast region of Spain and translates to "peace." And like two of Hilaria's older children, Eduardo has two middle names; his second, Lucas, was the 8th most popular name for boys in 2019. Plus, he already has a nickname: Edu. So cute!

Teyana Taylor and Iman Shumpert welcomed their second child, a daughter named Rue, on Sept. 6. The name Rue, which has Greek origins and is the name of an herbal plant, isn't one of the most popular, as it hasn't ever appeared in the Social Security Administration's top 1,000 baby names. But it's not a completely unheard of name: Golden Girls actress Rue McClanahan — born Eddi-Rue — was given the name back in 1934, and it was also used as a character name in the first book of The Hunger Games trilogy in 2008.

Usher's Daughter, Sovereign Bo Raymond

Usher welcomed his third child — his first with girlfriend Jenn Goicoechea — in September, a daughter named Sovereign Bo Raymond. The name Sovereign is a unique one, in that it doesn't appear on the Social Security Administration (SSA)'s top 1,000 baby names lists for either boys or girls in any year since 1900. According to Nameberry, baby girl's middle name, Bo, is a Norse nickname meaning "to live." Bo doesn't appear in the SSA's top 1,000 for girls either, however, it ranked as the 565th most popular name for boys in 2019.
