If you can't get to the gym for a workout, you can still get your sweat on and effectively tone your muscles. This 5-10-15 workout involves basic yet intense moves to target the legs and booty, with no fancy equipment needed. Your heart will be thumping out of your chest by the end!

5 push-ups
10 sit-ups
15 squats

10-second rest

5 jump squats
10 alternating forward lunges
15 reverse crunches
