A 6-Move Lower-Body Workout You Can Do Anywhere!

If you can't get to the gym for a workout, you can still get your sweat on and effectively tone your muscles. This 5-10-15 workout involves basic yet intense moves to target the legs and booty, with no fancy equipment needed. Your heart will be thumping out of your chest by the end!

The Workout

5 push-ups
10 sit-ups
15 squats

10-second rest

5 jump squats
10 alternating forward lunges
15 reverse crunches

Repeat circuit for a total of five times.
